Mestaria Consultancy L.L.C decides how the details you share here are used.

What we collect, and why

Your first name and email address, which the first step of the form needs, and the wording you agreed to with the time you agreed. We also record the page you came from, if your browser reports one. If you choose to go on, you can add: whether you're a driver, a site or franchise partner, or an investor or press; the emirate you're interested in; whether you look after a fleet; your organisation; whether your interest is a site, a franchise or something else; whether you are an investor or press; and a short note of up to 140 characters. To limit spam we keep a scrambled form of your IP address, never the address itself, and we record whether our emails to you were delivered.

We use them to reply to you and, if you choose, to send you updates about speedwash. We record when you signed up and the wording you agreed to.

Who handles it for us

Trusted service providers that host this site, store your details, send our emails, keep spam off our forms and count visits without cookies. Some are outside the UAE; each is bound by a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Form messages for 24 months; mailing-list details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at privacy@speedwash.me. You may also complain to the relevant UAE data protection authority.
